Mr Rai is New Delhi based attorney associated with us. Mr Rai’s area of practice includes Taxation, International Trade, Intellectual Property (Patents, Trade marks, Copyrights etc) and Company Law.

Mr. Rai brings along with him ten years of his diverse and rich experience as a Tax Administrator with Govt. of India. In the Government apart from his executive functions, he has acted as a judge (quasi judicial authority) in more than 1000 taxation disputes and has also appeared and argued on behalf of Government of India in over more than 1000 cases in Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal.

Mr. Rai has a rare techno- legal background. He holds a Master degree in Law from the oldest public grant University of United States, namely the University of Georgia, and an Engineering Degree from Best Engineering college of India, namely IIT Kanpur.
